Join us for this workshop and learn the basics of cooking! Whether your child is a cooking newbie or an old chef’s hat, our tips and handpicked recipes will help make some serious headway on the path to kitchen confidence. In this particular class we will learn knife skills, dry and liquid measuing, kitchen safety and lots of other tips and tricks while we prepare traditonal Thanksgiving Day side dishes, with a twist. Each student will take home at least three sides!

In this class we will learn how to make turnovers, cupcakes or pies from scratch using seasonal ingredients.. Students will decide which pastry they would like to produce upon class beginning.

Engineering activities from a professional engineering firm serving Kentucky. We are pleased to announce this program will be hosted by Bechtel Parsons Blue Grass. Learn about Engineering from the experts. Bring your family to a live engineering demonstration and then join in the hands on fun. On the third Saturday of each month, families will enjoy STEM activities together. Open house style- drop in when you can from 10:00am-12:00. Activities for the whole family, but this event is geared toward ages 5-15! $5 per family (Members FREE)
